FROM SYSTEM TO MEANS:the Functional Transformation of Capitalist Laws

Juergen Habermas proposed the concept of dualistic society: the world o f life and the world of system. From this angle,he considered that capitalis t law experienced a functional transformation from system to means.Law functioning as means has accelerated the "life world colonization". Hab ermas exposed to some extent the existing problems in the capitalist law but he failed to find out the reasons that caused such a transformation.
