  • Along with the dawn of the e commerce age, more and more dealings are made by establishing e contract. Because there are all kinds of special hazards that cannot be forecast upon the e contract, it is necessarily to controled it by law. Being a means of national legal proof, the notarization will certainly reduce the special hazards of e contract, if it is applied in e contract.
