The Choice of Capital Tactic for Chinese Economy Growth

Through an analysis of capital and capital's function for economy growth, this article points out that the choice of capital tactic in Chinese current economy growth should concern two aspects--macro-economy and regional economy. From macro point of view, China is properly increasing human capital investment, but material invertment,as the major power for current economy growth cannot be underestimated. In the view of the current situation of regional economy, the capital tactics should be different in following zones:the East,the middle belt, the west belt and the interior provinces and areas in each of the mentioned zones.
