The Three Basises of the National Entrance Examination for Higher Learning and the Settings of Subjects and Contents

This paper presents the point that the layout of the subjects and content for the National Entrance Examination for Higher Gducation should be based on three aspects: it should be beneficial to choose persons with ability,to promote quality education in middle school and to enlarge the freedom of colleges and to universities to run their schools. The author tries to provide corresponding theoretical reference structure for the National Entrance Examination subject policy in China.
