On the Development of Humanities in a Science and Technology Universities

The lack of humanities in science and technology universities is both a historical lack and also a structural one. Its development tactic should be as follows: it is necessary with an unconventional thinking way, to establish comprehensive research centers of humanities and social science, to establish comprehensive teaching training centers, to set incentive system and measures, and to absorb and assemble high level teaching and researching talents of humanities.
