Development Model, Governmental Role and Preferential Policy ——a Comparative Case Study of IT Industry in US Japan and India

IT industry in the three countries: US, Japan an India plays an important role in their economic development. There are also striking characteristics in the development model, the governmental role and the preferential policy in the development of the IT industry in these countries. A comparative case study of the development course helps us to have a good command of the basic IT laws, from which we may obtain some valuable foreign experience for China's IT industry.
