Knowledge Economy and the People's Foundation

The 21st century will witness the booming of knowledge economy based on human values. This article expounds knowledge economy at the three views: 1) the essential characteristics of knowledge economy; 2) the central ideas and strategies of knowledge economy; 3) the relationship between knowledge economy and human centralization. It shows the author's wish that in the new century the people's foundation will truly be the foundation of the management ideas, management modes and management strategy in order to reach a maximum potentiality of the people and promote the development of social economy.
