An Analysis of the Influence of the City Population Growth Standard on the Employment Rate in the City and the Countryside

The promotion of the process and standard of the population citylization will strikingly affect the situation and rate of the employment in the urban and rural areas. This article analyzes the short term and long term influence of the standard of Chinese population citylization upon the rate of the city employment. In view of the present situation, the author argues that the backward process of the population citylization is the main cause for Chinese high rate of unemployment. Therefore China should raise the standard of its population citylization as soon as possible, and meanwhile manage to promote the employment and reach a higher level in this aspect.
