On the Financial Right of the Legal Person of a Company

This article discusses some problems of the legal person's financial right in a company, and argues that the financial right belongs to a civil one. The author broadens the original definition of such a legal person's nuclear right through a clarified and firm reference of the mainland legal system, and holds that the company has the ownership and the stockholders share the share rights, both of which are mutually independent but restrained.
