The Characteristics of R&D in a Multinational Corporation

Multinational corporations have been of the core of technical reforms in the world economy.They are not only the biggest buyers of new technologys ,but also the supliers of the applied technology and the corresponding services.However,it is RD that plans an important role in the operations of the multinational corporations.This author demonstrates the characteristic of multinational corporations and believes that these characteristics are also suitable to China's enterprises in their RD operations.
