Research on Collaborative Governance Paths in Colleges and Universities

Abstracts: The higher education institution is a kind of organization in which cooperative activities play a leading role. So collaborative governance is needed. In the cooperative governance of colleges and universities, attention should be paid to goal-orientation, co-creation, interests, and institutional guarantee. As for goal-orientation, the special importance and difficulty of establishing the goals of colleges and universities should be recognized, and governance is carried out closely centering around the goals. As for co-creation, a scientific decision support system should be established, and faculty and students should be encouraged to participate in creating and forming a good atmosphere. Focusing on interests, close attention should be paid to the implementation of institutions and strengthen the construction of institutional culture. As for institutional guarantee, it is necessary to form an institutional system, improve its implementation, and strengthen the construction of institutional culture.
