The Reverse of Traditional Globalization and the Future of New Globalization

This paper discusses the issue of globalization, de-globalization，anti-globalization and new globalization. The causes of anti-globalization and de-globalization will show the analysis of the traditional capital driving global history and inherent limitations of globalization, then discusses the reason of anti-globalization while provides the transformational dynamics of globalization and orientation of the new globalization. The traditional globalization is capital-led and capital-driven, especially after 1980s, the key pusher of globalization is multinational corporation in developed countries. In fact, the inherently contains limitations lead to self-denial result which causes anti-globalization. China put forward the“One Belt, One Road”initiative and the “Building a Community of Human Destiny”，advocates the concept of sharing, cooperation and win-win and points out the direction for the future of globalization. Driven by the dynamics of globalization, globalization will enter a new stage of globalization and promote the world economy to achieve new development.
