Optimal Policies for Green Supply Chain with Corporate Social Responsible

The optimal policies of green supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer are studied with the consideration of the consumer surplus that the retailer concerns. Three green supply chain modes with different channel power structures are proposed by considering a corporate social responsible(CSR) retailer,and their optimal solutions and the comparison of the results are also given. It shows that no mater under what kind of channel power structure,the CSR behavior of retailer decreases the retail price,but increases the greening level,the wholesale price and the market demand,and has a great impact on the ranking of the optimal policies. The CSR behavior of retailer can decrease the pure profit of the retailer. However,the manufacturer,the supply chain system and the consumer can benefit from the CSR behavior of retailer.The profit of the manufacturer and the supply chain system,the total profit of the retailer and the consumer surplus of the consumer can be increased.
