The Realization of the Value Rationality of International Law in the Context of “A Community of Shared Future for Mankind”

International law have run into trouble of lack of value rationality in its long-term practice,and the lack of value rationality makes the international society ignore the status of international law in international governance,however,the emergence of the idea of a community of shared future for mankind brings the dawn of the realization of value rationality of international law. At present,the idea of a community of shared future for mankind has begun to have influence,and domestic policy report has a preliminary expression of it,it also has appeared many times in the resolutions of the United Nations and other occasions,all these show that the idea has great potential for the development of "value direction" for international law. Many expressions in language system of the idea have implications for the realization of the value rationality of international law. From the value of "good governance",the idea has a guiding expression for the "legitimacy" and "observation in good faith". From the value of "cooperation",the idea can be associated with the risks-prevention and role positioning in cooperation. In order to establish an operable way to realize the value rationality of international law,China,international organizations and even the global countries need to play a corresponding role and work hard to realize the value rationality of international law under the guidance of a community of shared future for mankind.
