Potential Technology Partner Identification by Using SAO Semantic Analysis

The paper introduce a system of potential technical cooperator identification and selection based on SAO semantic analysis. By analyzing the cooperative perspective and similarity of knowledge base of company to determine the technical cooperation circle,identification of business cooperator inside the circle by analyzing the similarity of technology could be possible. In this paper,Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) research database is used as the empirical research source to verify the feasibility of the method.
