The Co-evolution of Anti-dumping and Industrial Upgrading from the Perspective of Industrial Security

From the industrial security perspective,a co-evolution framework of anti-dumping and industrial upgrading is established with analysis of a co-evolution mechanism of Chinese anti-dumping and industrial upgrading,and then the corresponding co-evolution model is constructed. After that,the co-evolution of China's anti-dumping suffered and its industrial upgrading is empirically analyzed based on China related data during 1995-2014. The research demonstrates that anti-dumping and industrial upgrading form a co-evolution trend which is gradually strengthened and is more influenced by the anti-dumping subsystem,and that anti-dumping promoting industrial upgrading and industrial upgrading inspiring the anti-dumping play a leading role in the co-evolution process,and that co-evolution's ultimate influence on China's industrial security is depended on the cumulative impact of two adverse forces of anti-dumping and industrial upgrading. Finally,from the Perspective of Industrial Security,some enlightenments are put forward from the aspects of cognition,vertical strategy and horizontal strategy,and so on.
