Construction of Discourse System of Military-Civilian Merging with Chinese Characteristics—Out of Misunderstanding of Comparative Study between China and USA

By literature review and analysis,it is found that there are some problems,such as the single in research subject,weak in strategic study,lack of empirical research and case study,and the anomie of discourse system. It is the need urgently to improve research method,to reinforce analytical summarizing of development experience,and to construct discourse system of military-civilian merging with Chinese characteristics,so as to deepen studies and provide theoretical support for it.
