Feasibility Evaluation of the Photovoltaic Power Generation's Construction from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Promoting PV applications has important strategic significance in China's poverty alleviation. Based on the background of "targeted poverty alleviation",this study establishes a feasibility index system from the perspective of implementation basis,construction conditions and current conditions of poor area. The national poverty county-F County of Shanxin Province is taken as an example. The feasibility index K of F County is 0.735,which indicates that the construction of PV applications in this area is feasible but the advantage is not obvious. Thus,local government need to establish reasonable mode of construction and income distribution to ensure the effectiveness of PV poverty alleviation projects.
