Technology Spillover of Import Trade Regional Difference and Influencing Factors

This paper uses the method of LP to calculate the technology spillover effect of 30 provinces from the G7 countries over the period of 1998-2014,analyses the regional differences of technology spillover,and based on the provincial panel data from two aspects of absorption and the introduction of analysis of influence factors of technology spillover of import trade. The results show that:(1)The technology spillover effect of import trade in our country was gradually diminishing from east to west,the space distribution of highly concentration.(2)From a national perspective,R&D intensity,human capital and trade structure promoted technology spillover,and the technology gap was negative effects. (3)From a regional perspective,human capital and technology gap significantly effected in different regions,human capital played a positive role in the eastern and central regions,the negative effects in the western region,the technology gap played a positive role in the east,but not significant,since a significant negative effect in the Midwest.
