Recent Progress on the Critical Success Factors of Energy Performance Contracting Projects

Current literature shows that research on critical success factors of EPC mainly focus on four aspects which are critical success factors and key performance indicators; the identification and classification of critical success factors; critical success factors analysis method and data collection method, and results in plenty of achievement so far. However, the defects still exit in the research on the selection, pattern and analysis methods of the critical success factors which influence the practicality of the results. For future research, the changes and interrelationships of the EPC project success factors at different stages will be concerned from the process oriented perspective;as to the research methods, future studies could try to consider data envelopment analysis(DEA) and the structural equation model.
