Research on Influencing Factors of Social Wealth Reverse Transfer based on Logistic Model and Measurement of Transfer Level

This study built a logistic regression model and determined the degree of transference of wealth by taking Beijing as an example. Research from the perspective of inverse transfer of wealth found urban inequality could lead to outbreaks of public crisis,while distortions of factor price,underdeveloped transfer payment system,uneven market opportunities,prices and other factors directly affected the transference of wealth,and expanded the wealth gap. The result showed that transference of wealth level in 2013 was slightly greater than that in 2008.The Government could reduce the adverse wealth transfer degree by reducing the factor price distortions,improving the tax and transfer system,and strengthening equal opportunities for employment and controlling the rising housing price.
