The Application of Law in the Tort from Unruly Passengers in International Air Transportation

There are many characteristics of the tort from unruly passengers in international air transportation than the normal one, and these characteristics have direct influences in choice and use of the way to apply the law. Right now, uniform rule to apply the law is still needed to deal with the application of law in the tort from unruly passengers in international air transportation. The suggestions from this paper are: to apply the law of the state where aircraft registered. to apply the law of the state where is the common habitual residence of the parties or the parties have same nationality. to apply the law of the state that has real connection with the tort and has been chosen by the parties after the tort. to apply the law of the state that has a significant relationship with the tort when there is such a relationship or the above ways could not been used.
