The Research of Integrated Mobilization

To adapt quickly and agilely to changes in demand for national economy mobilization,and the realistic requirement of business across departments,cross-industry,the paper puts forward the concept-integrated mobilization with the philosophy from IBM integrated product development through literature research,field research,in-depth interviews,theoretical analysis. It can deepen and develop the agile mobilization theory. It is the new exploration to the national economy mobilization theory framework and practice work patterns,as the implementation of agile mobilization form.
