Abstract:
The spatial econometric research method and the panel data of China's prefecture-level and above regions from 2007 to 2016 are used to study the spatial distribution characteristics,spatial correlation and spatial distribution evolution of China's technological innovation output. The research results show that although the total output of China's technological innovation has increased year by year,the distribution of prefecture-level regions is uneven,mainly distributed in large and medium-sized cities with developed economies(municipalities,some provincial capital cities,and core prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations). Although China's technological innovation output is at a relatively high level of spatial agglomeration,its agglomeration degree is declining year by year. Its local spatial association presents a diversified model,and HH (high-high correlation) type is mainly distributed in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration; LL(low-low correlation) type is mainly in the three northeast provinces of China and the central and western regions; HL(high-low correlation) type is mainly in the core cities of the urban agglomerations in the eastern and central regions of China,and there is a tendency to gradually spread to other economically developed cities within the urban agglomeration; LH (low-high correlation) type is mainly around the HH type in the eastern and central regions.
