Abstract:
On the basis of resources allocation definition,the article firstly analyzed the composition of resource allocation interface system. Then,from the cognitive perspective system complexity,the network hierarchical relationship of resources allocation interface system was clearly differentiate. Finally,it systemically put forward the configuration optimization model for team resources allocation efficiency by using Analytic Network Process(ANP). Based on ANP,the model can effectively excavate problems elements existing in the process of resources allocation,so the managers of innovation team are able to take specific measures to improve the team action. The case study indicates that the method can effectively guide the resources allocation of innovation team interface system and has application feasibility for the allocation efficiency.
