基于界面管理的创新团队资源配置整合优化模型

    Integrated Optimization Model Research of Innovation Team's Resources Allocation based on Interface Management

    • 摘要: 在界定资源配置界面内涵的基础上,剖析了创新团队资源配置界面系统的构成,并从系统复杂性认知视角出发,对创新团队资源配置界面系统的网络层次关系予以明确辨析,提出基于网络分析法(ANP)的提升创新团队资源配置效率的整合优化模型。通过运用ANP分析方法,该模型可以有效地挖掘创新团队资源配置过程中存在的问题要素,从而可以采取针对性改进措施。案例应用结果表明:该模型能够有效指导创新团队资源配置界面系统的资源配置问题,对于提升创新团队资源配置效率具有较强的实践应用可操作性。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of resources allocation definition,the article firstly analyzed the composition of resource allocation interface system. Then,from the cognitive perspective system complexity,the network hierarchical relationship of resources allocation interface system was clearly differentiate. Finally,it systemically put forward the configuration optimization model for team resources allocation efficiency by using Analytic Network Process(ANP). Based on ANP,the model can effectively excavate problems elements existing in the process of resources allocation,so the managers of innovation team are able to take specific measures to improve the team action. The case study indicates that the method can effectively guide the resources allocation of innovation team interface system and has application feasibility for the allocation efficiency.
