Abstract:
With the rapid development of Internet technology, We-media entrepreneurship has gradually become the mainstream trend of Chinese youth entrepreneurship. However, in the context of the gradual disappearance of Internet dividend, how to improve the success rate of We-media entrepreneurs has become an important issue in the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. In order to enable young We-media entrepreneurs to establish a systematic understanding of their entrepreneurial environment, and guide them to make a correct assessment of the possibility of their own entrepreneurial success. SWOT analysis was used to analyze the entrepreneurial environment of young We-media entrepreneurs from four dimensions:entrepreneurs' personal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges brought by the macro environment. The research findings show that multi-format portfolio strategy can effectively improve the profitability of We-media entrepreneurship, the support of relevant platforms and institutions can help entrepreneurs avoid industry risks, the introduction of the MCN mode can guarantee entrepreneurs'high-quality content output, and the industrial capital can help entrepreneurs achieve strategic transformation. Young We-media entrepreneurs at different stages of development should continuously adjust their entrepreneurial strategies according to their own status quo, and finally achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
