Abstract: By reviewing the development of the photovoltaic and wind power industry in 2018，we studied the development and differentiation of the photovoltaic and wind power industry chain will. After analyzing the factors that affecting the photovoltaic and wind power industry chain in 2018，the factors of policy，demand，supply and technological innovation are identified. Besides，the technological innovation of the photovoltaic and wind power industry chain，driven by policies，lead enterprises to reduce costs. What's more，the performance of photovoltaic monocrystalline silicon and wind power machine manufacturing is outstanding. Finally，we forecast the prospects of China's photovoltaic and wind power industry in 2019：Photovoltaic industry：technology will lower the cost of monocrystalline silicon industry，the capacity of monocrystalline silicon cell modules will expand rapidly and the EPC operators will start making profits; wind power industry：the cost of raw materials for parts and components will decline，wind power machine profit will squeeze and wind power downstream demand is strong.
