Abstract: The national economy mobilization chain is the carrier of mobilization tasks,it is also the channels and ways that national economy mobilization potential release. The operation mechanism of national economy mobilization chain characterized by resources liquidity and mutual link relations between all involved departments,so national economy mobilization potential construction should focus on the resource dependence and compatibility,solve the problem of short board,at the same time,should strengthen the cooperation mechanism construction between each participant,adaptability construction and strain capacity construction,increase the system efficiency of national economy mobilization chain.
